Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and the commercial relationship between Sino East Steel Group and its customers.

1. Website Content

Product information and specifications on this website are provided for general information. Final specifications, standards, sizes and certifications are confirmed in writing in each quotation.

2. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for 15 days. Orders are confirmed in writing and subject to our sales contract, including specification, inspection, documentation, payment schedule and delivery milestones.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P and O/A for long-term partners. Terms are confirmed in each quotation.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms are quoted FOB Tianjin, CIF, CFR or DDP according to buyer preference. Lead times are stated in each quotation.

5. Liability

Sino East Steel Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the delivered goods in accordance with applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of EU consumer law.
