Company History and Milestones

Founded in 1993, Sino East Steel started as a regional pipe manufacturer in Tianjin at a time when Chinese steelmaking was just beginning to serve international markets. The early years built the core skills that still define the company today: controlled welding processes, precise dimensioning and honest delivery promises. As the Chinese steel industry modernised, the company invested step by step in new production capacity rather than expanding through trading.

Since 2005 we have operated under a certified export quality system with ISO 9001:2015 management and independent audits by SGS and TUV Rheinland. The factory added ERW pipe mills, a hot-dip galvanizing line, coil slitting and cut-to-length processing, and later a PPGI/PPGL colour coating line and roll-forming equipment for roofing profiles and scaffolding components. Each investment was made to close the gap between raw coil and finished, export-ready product — so that buyers receive complete control, consistent quality and traceable documentation from one manufacturer.

Our Manufacturing Base in Tianjin

Our production complex in Daqiuzhuang Industrial Park, Jinghai District, is a complete steel processing campus rather than a single production line. This is important for Polish buyers because it means one supplier can cover pipes, coils, sheets and scaffolding systems — and every stage, from raw coil to finished, packed-for-export product, happens under one roof with a single quality system.

The main production equipment includes ERW (electric resistance welded) pipe mills for round, square and rectangular tubes, SSAW and LSAW lines for large-diameter line pipe, a hot-dip galvanizing line that dips finished pipe and tube into molten zinc, continuous coil processing lines with slitting and cut-to-length, a PPGI/PPGL colour coating line for pre-painted coils, and roll-forming lines for corrugated roofing sheets, purlins and scaffolding components. Seamless pipe is produced by our long-term partner mills in Tianjin and Hebei under our own inspection and testing control.

Because the factory controls the processing route, we can adjust galvanizing coating weights, cut custom lengths, apply end caps and protective wrapping, and pack bundles to the exact handling requirements of your warehouse or project site.

Quality Control and Certification

Quality is the foundation of our export business. The factory operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and is independently audited by SGS and TUV Rheinland for production capacity and export reliability. Every batch of material passes through a documented inspection routine: chemical composition analysis, tensile and yield testing, dimensional checks and, where applicable, hydrostatic or flattening tests on pipe.

Each consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate (MTC) showing heat numbers and test results, together with batch traceability records. This makes incoming inspection at Gdansk, Gdynia, Szczecin or any other EU port straightforward for your quality department and customs broker. If your project requires independent verification, we arrange pre-shipment inspection by SGS, TUV or Bureau Veritas, with the report issued in English before the vessel departs.

Packaging and Export Preparation

Products are packed in seaworthy export condition: steel strapping, waterproof wrapping, and wooden or steel pallets where required, with clear marking for safe handling. Pipe and tube orders use the standard export bundle format with plastic end caps on request, and painted or polished surfaces keep protective film until installation. Our packing lists indicate bundle weights and lifting points, and our export team advises on safe unloading at your warehouse or construction site.

Export Process and Logistics to Poland

How an Order Works

1. Specification and quotation. Send your required standard, grade, size, quantity and destination port by email or WhatsApp. You receive a firm factory quotation within 24 hours.
2. Sample and approval. For new products we can supply samples or cut pieces so your quality department can verify the material before mass production.
3. Production. Your order enters the production schedule, and our QC team issues inspection records at each stage.
4. Inspection and loading. Optional third-party inspection before loading; we then book the vessel from Tianjin or Xingang port.
5. Shipping and documents. The full document set — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates — is sent before arrival.

Shipping to Polish and Baltic Ports

We ship FOB Tianjin/Xingang, CFR or CIF to Gdansk, Gdynia, Szczecin, Klaipeda and other Baltic ports, and DDP solutions are available for regular customers.
